Welcome to LingoLens. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LingoLens application ("App") operated by us. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

LingoLens is a language learning application that uses AI to generate learning materials based on photos uploaded by users.

3. AI Disclaimer

AI-Generated Content

The vocabulary, sentences, and descriptions provided in the App are generated by AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally produce incorrect, inappropriate, or biased content.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI-generated content. You should use the App for reference and entertainment purposes only.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process and store these photos solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

You strictly agree NOT to upload content that is:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene.
  • Defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful.
  • Violent or promotes illegal acts.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban any user who violates this policy immediately and without prior notice.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Credits (Consumable): You may purchase "Credits" to process photos. Credits are consumable and non-refundable.

Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable): We offer subscription plans (e.g., LingoLens Pro).

Payment: Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The LingoLens App, including its code, design, and logo, is our proprietary property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
